Deborah Arlauskas (better known by many as Mrs. A) has been a teacher for 37 years, spending the past 15 years at the Joseph P. Tynan Elementary School in South Boston teaching Kindergarten.

Mrs. A loves trees, her goats, and her dog, Henry. Her classes are filled with music, movement, and story time.

Mrs. A believes in the power of play and has built her teaching philosophy on allowing students opportunities to explore and learn through play, both structured and unstructured. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Education at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

Students age 3 and above are welcome to join Mrs. A’s Yogi Bears class for 30 minutes of mindful movement.
