Hello Sunshines!

Hannah, sometimes Banana, happened upon yoga when her mom and sister brought her to her first class at South Boston Yoga in 2010. Although the classes were more challenging than she imagined, Hannah was empowered by her progress and loved the yoga community. From laughing through abs to dancing in Warrior II to singing after savasana, she learned that just because something is challenging doesn’t mean that it can’t be fun.

In 2019, Hannah studied under Antonio Aniello at South Boston Yoga and earned her certification in Mat Pilates. In 2020, Hannah attended teacher training with David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund at South Boston Yoga for her 200 hour RYT.

As a marathoner and triathlete, Hannah understands the significance of a well-balanced wellness routine. Her classes merge playfulness and tenacity, while also acknowledging that the perfect place to start is where you are. Hannah understands that in order to be able to laugh and joke around about something, you have to be doing it well. She encourages her students to push themselves, to respect their limits and to have fun.
